Refund policy
At ZIDOMART, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience with clear and fair return & refund terms. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Proof of purchase / order confirmation may be required

Return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
2. Valid Reasons for Return / Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Defective or non-working item received

Missing parts/accessories in parcel
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged-after-delivery products

Products without original packaging

Customized or special-order items

Items returned after the allowed return period

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer / UPI

Refund may take 5–7 business days depending on payment provider
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged item, defective item), the return shipping cost will be covered by ZidoMart.

If the return is due to customer reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, wrong item ordered, incorrect address provided, address not found, call not received, or delivery not accepted by customer, the return shipping cost must be paid by the Customer.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the mentioned time:
